Mission / Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales position primary focus is on nurturing new leads, identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities on existing accounts.

Its main responsibilities are:

  • Promoting marketing and sales content to support the existing sales team and help them meet their sales quota
  • Assisting the Sales Director and the Marketing team in the lead generation programs, implementing campaigns and monitoring its performance
  • You will own your projects and be able to drive them from end to end with autonomy and creativity
  • For existing customer base on C category, progressively manage account expansion and retention activities include cross selling into new areas, negotiation and closing
  • Consistently exceed sales and qualitative targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies with sales representatives counterparts
  • Good mastering of mainstream CRM solutions and ensure accurate and timely forecast as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in the territory
  • Monitor lead conversion to prospect and opportunities maximising the tool in place
  • Set qualified appointments for the field counterparts with new and existing customers to address their IP business challenges
  • Maintain and develop close relationships with field sales, marketing and communication team as well as business development colleagues to maximize full potential of every opportunity
  • Achieve daily phone time or lead qualification using social media and other web resources



  • Bachelor degree in Computer science, Sales or Business oriented college degree or equivalent education
  • 1-3 years B2B inside sales experience
  • Experience in sales prospecting
  • IT or technology experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Language skills: You are native in Frenchwith compulsory solid written and conversational English, additional Language is a plus
  • A strong personality with the desire to become a key account executive at a later stage
