As part of the opening of our Portuguese subsidiary, we are seeking our future Country Manager to implement our expansion strategy.

Country Manager

🎯 Your mission

Reporting to the International Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of the company’s expansion plan in Portugal. You manage a diverse team including marketing, administration, and training professionals. You are supported by the Headquarter in France to co-define and implement the strategy.

In this role, your key responsibilities are:

  • Strategy
    • ​Co-define growth strategy and develop action plans to achieve objectives
    • Handle weekly and monthly reporting
    • Analyze market data and trends to adapt the company’s strategy
  • Management
    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of marketing, administration, and training professionals to ensure that the objectives are achieved
    • Evaluate individual and team performance and propose action plans to improve performance
  • Operations
    • Suggest operational improvements (simplification of processes, automation)
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Establish close relationships with the headquarters in France to ensure effective communication

You are responsible for implementing processes and tools to ensure the growth and success of the Portuguese subsidiary.


🙂 A unifying and entrepreneurial profile

With a higher education degree, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, including 3 years in team management. Previous consulting experience is a plus.

As a native Portuguese speaker (fluent in written and spoken), you have a strong knowledge of Portuguese local market and commercial practices. Your proficiency in French or English also allows you to work with our counterparts at the headquarters in Paris.

As an effective communicator, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. Your interpersonal skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness enable you to rally internal and external resources around common objectives and express your full potential.
