In order to continue to grow and to develop our clients satisfaction, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who combines business skills and technical drive.

🎯 Our Customer Success Manager Mission:

Reporting directly to our Cybersecurity Projects Manager, your main mission is to conduct advanced digital projects for our key customers. As part of the Digital Products department, you act both as a pre-sales consultant and domain expert for all our products. You will be assisting our sales forces in identifying our customers needs and making them met. You will also work closely with our product team on improving our offers.

You are passionate about innovation and familiar with digital technologies, you have worked for similar positions, working with customers and managing different kind of projects.

You are able to interact professionally with different stakeholders (department managers, customer’s managers, vendors/partners), and feel very comfortable in coordinating all activities in English.

Your main missions will be:

  • To acquire service product and market knowledge (clients and competitors), to perform SWOT analysis,
  • To acquire market knowledge within the satellite industry,
  • To become an expert of our digital products (cyber security, IT, network and IoT technologies),
  • To support our sales team during qualification and on-boarding of the customer projects,
  • To build and maintain strong customers relationships, acting as a transversal product specialist,
  • To join customer meetings, customer events
  • To work closely with our clients and their commercial/technical team in order to co-create & design different solutions
  • To prepare solution proposals, projects drafts, create work streams, design high-level technical architecture diagrams,
  • To set up multi-disciplinary project teams, coordinate and animate our experts’ network (engineering, IT, customer support, billing…) in order to deliver the best services
  • To regularly communicate with your network on progresses, issues & challenges keeping them up to date
  • To supervise and deploy your pipe of projects in collaboration with our digital delivery team,
  • To monitor delivered services quality and customer satisfaction.

🙂 Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have at least 5 years’ of professional experience
  • You have a customer relationships projects management proven record
  • Good understanding of maritime industry challenges & digital transformation would be a real plus
  • You manage MS office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Your English is fluent (both written and spoken)
  • You are a trustful and reliable team-player
  • You are passionate by tech and innovations, driven by technical & commercial challenges
  • Self-motivated, creative, driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, delegate and structure complex information
  • Willingness & readiness to business travels
