Altaïde Project

For his knowledge of the ecosystem and the power of his relational network, Altaïde has been recognized for more than 15 years as “the” headhunter of new companies and the web.

For its original approach as a recruitment agency (use of blogs, social networks, videos, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, …) and its experience with innovative companies (software publishers, e-commerce, Big Data, mobile, Web … .), Altaïde is imposed as the recruiter of startups and companies in the digitization phase.

Our values and operation

Since Altaïde’s inception, we wanted to adopt a different style than recruitment companies and other headhunters. Our spirit is based on proximity to our clients and the sector (hence a very active presence in blogs, conferences, networks, etc.) and a friendly approach to the candidate-recruiter relationship.

Altaïde has chosen a vertical positioning to support its clients. For us, the team concept comes first. Successful recruitment is lasting recruitment: the transformed encounter of a candidate and a team, the effective adaptation of an individuality to a culture.

At the heart of the digital ecosystem

Strongly involved in the ecosystem, we are widely present as partners, sponsors or participants of: LeWeb, E1 Toulon, Barcamp, La French Mobile, Open Coffee Club, HR Camp, TEDx, Shake E-Commerce, Web West Festival, FDDay …

We also develop privileged relationships with web schools (editorial committee #SUPDEWEB, ESD Ecole Supérieure du Digital board, associations, among others).

Involved in France Digitale, Frenchtech Paris and Bordeaux, Fintech, … Altaïde is at the heart of the digital ecosystem.

Recruiting the best managers for many years, we have the opportunity to approach very different business environments (software publishers of all sizes, new web 2.0 companies, e-commerce, large accounts …) and various functions such as: CEO, COO , CTO, CFO, VP Sales, VP Marketing, …

Since its development, Altaïde has adopted a different style from that of recruitment companies and other headhunters.
