Since Alta\u00efde’s inception, we wanted to adopt a different style than recruitment companies and other headhunters. Our spirit is based on proximity to our clients and the sector (hence a very active presence in blogs, conferences, networks, etc.) and a friendly approach to the candidate-recruiter relationship.<\/p>\n

Alta\u00efde has chosen a vertical positioning to support its clients. For us, the team concept comes first. Successful recruitment is lasting recruitment: the transformed encounter of a candidate and a team, the effective adaptation of an individuality to a culture.<\/p>\n

Involved in France Digitale, Frenchtech Paris and Bordeaux, Fintech, … Alta\u00efde is at the heart of the digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n
