Saas global company with very fast expansion, we are supporting all type of industries that need Innovation, Intellectual Property and Legal management solutions. We offer a reliable and complete suite of online services, consulting and e-learning solutions. About 20 000 clients and 1.5 M users are using our software solution worldwide.

We are established in France and have offices in more than 30 countries. In order to complement our 1400 people, we are searching for the following candidate to be based in our Paris head office.

Job Sales Development Representative

🎯 Mission / Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and outgoing person to join our Business Development team. Your role will be centered on building and developing relationships, supporting Sales and Marketing teams to drive business, grow the sales pipeline and ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Your main responsibilities are:

Build and cultivate professional relationships with C-level executives by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to create new opportunities

  • Support the existing sales team to help them meet their sales quota
  • Build individual strategic business plans to penetrate accounts in each territory

Follow-up on our events and communications (webinars, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.)

  • Set qualified appointments for the field counterparts with new and existing customers to address their IP business challenges
  • Assist the Sales Director and the Marketing team in the lead generation programs, implementing campaigns, inviting prospects and following up on events and subsequent lead activities and monitor lead activities’ performance
  • Consistently exceed sales and qualitative targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies with sales representatives colleagues
  • Good mastering of mainstream CRM solutions and ensure accurate and timely forecast as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in the territory
  • Monitor lead conversion to prospect and opportunities maximizing the CRM in place
  • Maintain and develop close relationships with field sales, marketing and communication team as well as business development colleagues to maximize full potential of every opportunity


🙂 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Sales or Business oriented college degree or equivalent education
  • Fluency in English (ideally native speaker); Any other additional language is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year B2B sales, inside sales or business development experience
  • Good command of prospecting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • We expect our team to be rapidly autonomous
