From trade shows to communities’ animation!

 

Subsidiary of one of the biggest global trade shows organizer, we create major events for key actors in Entertainment and Real-estate businesses. The size and spread of our group over 40 countries give us unrivaled access to many resources and worldwide opportunities to develop our markets and activities. Our digital ambition already well implemented (community management of various social networking sites and blogs) requires a Community Manager interested in taking the community management to the next level.

 

Mission:

Within the Real Estate division, you are responsible for leading  and managing our presence on social media networks, overseeing community and moderation activity (Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn …) as part of the iconic events division in Europe and Asia that bring together the most influential professionals in Real Estate,  throughout the year. From marketing plans for each trade show and the marketing strategy of the editorial division and the Group, you’ll focus on:
· Proposing  strategic plan of editorial presence on social media networks and blogs on the Division taking into account the objectives of each marketing area.
· Elaborating consistent marketing actions for our brands on social media networks.
· Generating industrial and marketing contents on social media networks and blogs on our shows. To do this, you will run the existing editorial content (videos of our seminars, articles of our publications etc..) and necessary adaptations based on platforms. In collaboration with the marketing department content, you can also create specific content.

· Animating online conversations by initiating topics, engaging the community and so on.
· Launching specific campaigns with partner agencies (eg online survey or advertising campaign LinkedIn).
· Identifying and developing a strong relationship with the main influencers /bloggers.
· Analysing, reviewing, and reporting duties on effectiveness of new initiatives

· Monitoring online communications, classifying and assembling key information to services concerned (sales, marketing, conferences).

· Monitoring trends in online community tools, trends and applications

· Establishing and refining community engagement practices

 

 

Profile:


Minimum training Bac +4 (Sales / Marketing / Communication / e-business, Journalism, Literature)

you have a prior experience of at least 3 years in editorial and content management in community
marketing. You have acquired the major social networking practices and are familiar with the search marketing. Truly bilingual English (native English speakers highly appreciated / Interviews in English). Excellent written and communication skills. In-depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms including forums and blogs (understanding how they can be deployed in different scenarios). Ability to establish and engage with multiple communities and teams. Genuine talent and passion for all things social media / social business and connecting with people for business success.

Knowledge of the real estate industry will be considered. You are quick to learn and eager to innovate, with a positive and pragmatic approach.
